About Sharla Wylde
Sharla Wylde has been reading since she could hold a book. Daydreaming about fantasy worlds and knights in shining armor was always an everyday occurrence, occasionally creating problems in school. After sneaking a romance novel at age twelve, Sharla fell in love and never looked back. She began penning short stories as a way to relieve boredom and entertain friends.
Born and raised in the Midwest, Sharla now lives in Texas with her family, three dogs, and cat who are all supportive of her writing. Writing, watching movies, and reading are high priorities. She enjoys traveling and attempts to visit a new destination every year, but she always comfortable sitting on a beautiful beach while relishing a reading marathon about sexy hunks.
Her stories about The Tanners combine humor and a deep sense of pride and duty, revolving around a large Montana family of brothers struggling through life while searching for love – all set in small-town USA.
Sharla is a member of Romance Writers of America and several other author groups. She writes contemporary, suspense, and urban fantasy romance.
