Wild Deadwood Reads is hosting year two of our Book Signing and Legendary events June 7-9, 2018, and we want you to be part of the fun!
As a sponsor, you’ll reach over 100 Authors plus Cover Models and Author’s Assistants – not to mention all the readers who’ll flock to our beautiful new venue, Deadwood Mountain Grand. Again this year, there are no refunds if you have to cancel, sorry.
We have exciting opportunities for you whether you’re located in or near Deadwood, are heading to Deadwood for the event, or just want to reach our attendees from the comfort of your desk chair.

Will you be in town in June? On a first-come, first-serve basis, we have a limited number of Vendor Tables for your businesses to sell your goods or share information about your services. They’re located in a high-visibility area in the book signing room between the entrance to the room and the Concessions Stand. Book yours early to ensure you have a hot spot at the signing.
Our Memory Book will be handed to every reader and author at the book signing, and it’s the perfect place to advertise your business. These books have spaces where each of the Authors can autograph, which makes the books highly collectable. Your ad will be viewed long after the event ends.

6:30 – 7 PM, Authors Only meet each other and pick up their neck wallets, tickets, schedules, etc.
7 – 9 PM, Readers, Cover Models, Author Assistants, Vendors, and Sponsors will join the author
Sponsorship: includes seven (7) drink tickets to give away, or to use! Your Logo, Business Name, and Link listed on the Meet-and-Greet event’s detailed website page, and strong recognition as your name and bio/company info is read during the event.

Sponsorship: DOES NOT include tour cost for sponsor, which will range from $40 – $80 depending on total amount of sponsorship received. Sponsorship DOES include your Logo, Business Name, and Link listed on the Sightseeing Trip event’s detailed website page, and strong recognition as your name and bio/company info is read during the motorcoach trip. Sponsors are also welcome to organize games and/or local information talks during the motorcoach portions of the trip (example: trivia questions about South Dakota).
Saturday Rodeo Behind the Chutes VIP Package $75

Your logo printed LARGE on the backs of the brightly colored T-shirts worn by our volunteers during the Saturday Breakfast With the Authors and Book Signing. The shirts will be professionally printed with your logo and shipped to the hotel. Two authors’ logos will be on each shirt, unless one author prefers to purchase both sponsorships and have just their one logo on the back of the shirt. The front of the shirt will have the Wild Deadwood Reads logo.

Your logo on hundreds of Tyvek wristbands fastened to everyone who registers for the Saturday breakfast before the book signing. Professionally printed with your logo and shipped to the hotel.

Choose the bag you’d like to place your logo (or a group of authors’ or sponsors’ logos) on, and we’ll have it printed and shipped to the hotel.
***SOLD OUT***Pens on the Neck Wallets of All Attendees $50 (only ONE sponsorship available)
On the back of each neck wallet, there’s a loop to hold a pen, and you can have your branded pen in each of those loops. You must be in Deadwood and available Thursday, June 7 at Noon MST to place your pens in the loops of the neck wallets, and you must provide your own branded pens (quantity to be determined 60 days prior to the event.) Neck wallets will be given to all authors, readers, cover models, author assistants, volunteers, and anyone else who registers.
Water bottles on the authors’ tables (bring 150 bottles) $25 (only TWO sponsorships available)
Bring 150 bottles of water to the book signing, and – using a nice cord or ribbon – attach your business card or advertising to the bottle – something the authors will take off the bottle when they recycle it, and will want to take home with them! Must be present at Book Signing to distribute bottles. If one sponsor prefers to bring 300 bottles and distribute them at two different times, please purchase both sponsorships.
Snack on the authors’ tables (bring 150 pieces) $25 (only TWO sponsorships available)
Bring 150 individually-packaged snacks and be sure to attach your advertising or business card in a way that won’t be discarded. Then, at sometime around Noon, walk through the book signing and introduce yourself to the authors in a memorable way. Must be present at Book Signing to distribute snacks. If one sponsor prefers to bring 300 bottles and distribute them at two different times, please purchase both sponsorships.
